Skillet: online il video del nuovo singolo “Feel Invincible”
Gli Skillet hanno pubblicato in rete il video di “Feel Invincible”, il nuovo singolo che anticipa il prossimo album “Unleashed” in uscita il 5 agosto per Atlantic Records.
Dopo il successo di “Rise” del 2013, il gruppo Christian Rock di Memphis tra i più noti e apprezati nel loro panorama, ritornano con il loro nono progetto discografico costituito da 12 tracce che spaziano dal Rock al Pop.
Dall’apertura del disco con il roboante riff di “Feel Invincible”, alla chiusura con la memorabile “The Resistance”, è chiaro che la band ha creato un album in cui è la musica a parlare più forte, pur offrendo alcuni dei loro testi più sentiti e personali, scritti fino ad oggi.
Composto da John Cooper (voce solista, basso), la moglie Korey (chitarra ritmica, tastiere, programmazione, cori), Seth Morrison (chitarra solista) e Jen Ledger (batteria, voce), il gruppo ha scritto e co-scritto tutti i pezzi contenuti in “Unleashed”.
Inoltre, si sono serviti della collaborazione di altri artisti come Brian Howes (Daughtry, Halestorm, Nickelback), Kevin Churko (Ozzy Osburne, Disturbed, Five Finger Death Punch), Neal Avron (Twenty One Pilots, Walk The Moon, Fall Out Boy, Linkin Park) e Seth Mosley (Newsboys, Tobymac).
